Track Your Order
Every Folliq order ships tracked, at no cost to you. As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse you will get a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Open the tracking page and enter your order number or the email address you used at checkout.
When your tracking will start moving
- Tracking usually takes 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan. Until then it is normal to see no movement.
- Estimated total delivery time, door to door: United States, Germany, Austria and the United Kingdom 2-4 business days. Switzerland 4-7 business days. Rest of the EU 2-8 business days. Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan 2-7 business days. Everywhere else 7-10 business days.
Something looks wrong
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, or the tracking has not updated in more than seven days, email hello@myfolliq.com with your order number. We will trace it or send a replacement.
